Obama who? Or better still, “Who is Obama?”
For Barbara Lampley, a reply to the funny article she wrote in Sat., Aug. 2 paper.
I was raised to be a Democrat, but in my 50 voting years, I studied the people who were running and voted for the one who was best for everyone. You see, the people who vote straight Democrat or Republican would vote for a dead dog if he ran in their party. I’m one voter who is American and vote for the best for everyone and, I bet, Barbara can’t find anything in the Illinois State archives on Obama’s record from 1997-2004. He hasn’t done a thing in the Illinois State Senate.
Check the records of Tony Rezko, who was convicted of fraud and kickbacks. He was Obama’s very close friend. He donated quite a bit of money to Obama.
William Ayers is a founding member of the terrorist group the Weather Underground in the ’70s and ’80s. Ayers also served with Barack Obama on the board of the non-profit Woods Foundation of Chicago, a radical organization with ties to a terrorist group who claimed they had a total of 25 bombings. Ayers and his wife hosted a political affair for Obama. How close is Obama and his terrorist ties?
Please, people, know the person you vote for. Don’t vote straight party; that is dumb. Obama is a slick talker, that’s all. He can do nothing for America, but run us down. He doesn’t respect our flag; he’s proved that. He doesn’t respect the Constitution; he’s proven that. Please, I don’t want to learn a new language.
This election I have to cross over to Republican. I’m voting for a hero, not a zero!
