Congratulations and thanks to those in the Victoria medical community, city and/or county government, as well as dedicated civic leaders, involved in the process of recruiting quality physicians in a continuing effort to maintain the already high standard of medical care made available to citizens of Victoria and surrounding areas.
In my view, their commitment is most positively shown in the person of Noe Olvera, M.D., who opened his practice this month and is impressive in his credentials, his approach to medicine and his patient care. Also, my appreciation to John P. Soule, M.D., for his referral and advance notice of Dr. Olvera’s arrival so that I could be among the first of his patients.
