Report the ‘coyotes’ and become a U.S. citizen

Editor, the Advocate:It’s the coyotes who are stupid!
Offer anyone who turns in one a “one-year-stay” in the United States, or she can bring any 10 members of family or friends with them. This is subject to clearance of not being criminals themselves. After one year of not breaking any laws, they become eligible to be U. S. citizens. All of this should be possible only after the coyotes are convicted and sent to jail. Help to do this would be through a toll-free number for anonymity sake.
