Trout are fair in the river on live shad and shrimp. Redfish are good on Stanley Ribbits in the marsh. Flounder are fair on the Louisiana shoreline on jigs tipped with shrimp.
SOUTH SABINE
Flounder are fair around Blue Buck Point on jigs tipped with shrimp. Trout are fair while drifting slicks and birds on soft plastics.
BOLIVAR
Flounder and redfish are fair to good around Rollover Pass on jigs tipped with shrimp on the incoming tide. Few anglers are fishing this side of the bay due to the storm cleanup.
TRINITY BAY
Redfish are fair to good at the spillway on crabs, shrimp and soft plastics. A few birds are beginning to work. Watch for debris and under water obstructions.
EAST GALVESTON BAY
Few anglers are venturing in the bay. Watch for floating debris and underwater obstructions.
WEST GALVESTON BAY
Few boat ramps are open on this side of the island.
TEXAS CITY
Black drum, redfish and gafftop are fair to good around the rocks on shrimp. Bull redfish are beginning to show in the channel. The dike is closed due to damage.
FREEPORT
Bull redfish and jack crevalle are fair to good in the surf on crabs and mullet. Trout, redfish and sand trout are good at San Luis Pass on live shrimp and plastics. Trout, sand trout, gafftop and sharks are good on the beach.
EAST MATAGORDA
Trout and redfish are fair for waders working the south shoreline on small topwaters and Gulps. Trout are good on the reefs on the north shoreline on topwaters.
MATAGORDA
Trout and redfish are fair on the south shoreline grass beds. Redfish and black drum are fair to good in Crab Lake and Oyster Lake on live shrimp.
PORT O’CONNOR
Bull redfish are good at the jetty on crabs and mullet. Trout and redfish are fair to good in the back lakes on soft plastics and Corkies.
ROCKPORT
Trout are fair to good on the reefs in Copano Bay on topwaters and soft plastics. Redfish are fair around the Estes Flats and East Flats on mullet and shrimp.
PORT ARANSAS
Trout, redfish, whiting and sand trout are fair to good at the jetty on shrimp. Redfish are fair in the Lydia Ann Channel on cracked crabs and finger mullet. Bull reds are good in the surf and at the jetty.
CORPUS CHRISTI
Trout and redfish are fair to good on live shrimp and Gulps on the grass beds on the incoming tide. Redfish are good on the flats on the incoming tide.
BAFFIN BAY
Trout and redfish are good around the Badlands on live bait and soft plastics. Trout are good around the grass near the Land Cut. Trout are fair to good around rocks on soft plastics, live bait and topwaters.
PORT MANSFIELD
Redfish are good in East Cut on crabs and finger mullet. Redfish are good on the flats for sight-casters tossing to large schools.
SOUTH PADRE
Trout are fair to good for waders working the grass beds on small topwaters. Redfish are good on the flats on live shrimp, DOA Shrimp and Gulps under a popping cork.
PORT ISABEL
Trout are fair to good while drifting sand and grass on soft plastics and DOA Shrimp under popping corks. Snook are fair in South Bay and the Ship Channel on live shrimp and glow DOA Shrimp.
