CENTRAL

BASTROP: Water clear. Black bass are good on live minnows. Crappie are very good on minnows and pink tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are fair on bait shrimp and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.

COLORADO RIVER: (At Colorado Bend State Park) Water clear. Black bass are fair on minnows. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are fair on live perch.

FAYETTE: Water clear 88 degrees. Black bass are slow to fair on spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Red ear perch are good on worms in 2-5 feet.

SOMERVILLE: Water fairly clear 2.01 feet low. Black bass are slow. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs at the marina.

SOUTH

CALAVERAS: Water stained 83 degrees. Black bass are fair on dark soft plastic worms, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits around reed beds, near the dam, and in Granny

CHOKE CANYON: Water lightly stained 86 degrees 3.71 feet low. Black bass to 8 pounds are good on large soft plastic worms and lizards in 12-20 feet. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow but some large crappie have been caught on minnows. Drum are good on live worms. Channel and blue catfish are excellent on punchbait in 3-10 feet. Yellow catfish are fair on live perch and goldfish.

COLETO CREEK: Water clear 90 degrees (98 degrees at discharge) 3.57 feet low. Black bass to 5 pounds are fair on soft plastics and spinnerbaits in 3-8 feet. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.
