EAST GALVESTON BAY: Trout are fair to good on mid-bay reefs on live shrimp and plastics. Trout are fair around the wells on live bait.
WEST GALVESTON BAY: Whiting, gafftop and sand trout are good on the beach on fresh shrimp. Trout are fair on live shrimp while drifting reefs and working birds. Redfish are fair to good for waders working the guts and bayous on live shrimp and small topwaters.
TEXAS CITY: Higher tides have pushed trout on the flats. Black drum, redfish and gafftop are fair to good around the rocks on shrimp. Trout are good at night under the lights on live shrimp and DOA Shrimp.
FREEPORT: Bull redfish are fair to good in the surf on crabs and mullet. Trout, redfish and sand trout are good at San Luis Pass on live shrimp and plastics. Trout, sand trout, gafftop and sharks are good on the beach.
EAST MATAGORDA: Tides are above normal. Trout and redfish are fair for waders working the south shoreline. A few fish have been taken on the reefs on the north shoreline.
MATAGORDA: Trout and redfish are fair on the south shoreline grass beds. Redfish and black drum are fair to good in Oyster Lake on live shrimp with the rising tide.
PORT O'CONNOR: Bull redfish are good at the jetty on crabs and mullet. Trout and redfish are better in the back lakes with the swollen tides.
ROCKPORT: Trout are fair to good in the back of Allyn's Bight on She Pups and small Super Spooks.
PORT ARANSAS: Trout, redfish, whiting and sand trout are fair to good at the jetty on shrimp. Redfish are fair on the East Flats on live bait. Offshore is good for ling, dorado, amberjack, tuna and kingfish.
CORPUS CHRISTI: Trout and redfish are fair to good on live shrimp and Gulps on the grass beds on the incoming tide. Redfish are good in the holes and around the piers on live bait.
BAFFIN BAY: Trout are fair to good around rocks on soft plastics and topwaters. Redfish are fair to good at Yarborough on Gulps and small topwaters.
PORT MANSFIELD: Redfish are scattered on the flats with the rising tide. Trout are fair to good while wading sand and grass on small Super Spooks, She Pups and SkitterWalks.
SOUTH PADRE: Tarpon are good at the jetties on natural baits. Redfish are good on the flats with the rising tide.
PORT ISABEL: Trout are fair to good in three feet of water on soft plastics under popping corks. Snook are fair in South Bay and the Ship Channel on live shrimp and glow DOA Shrimp.
