Small-business conference in Cuero is cancelled

CUERO – The two-hour small-business conference scheduled at the Cuero Chamber of Commerce’s board room today was canceled due to a lack of applicants, organizers said. The event, a collaboration between the Texas Office of Rural Affairs, the Cuero Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the UHV Small Business Development Center, was developed to educate current and potential entrepreneurs about funding and programs available to get their businesses started.
