Three people accused in a string of December robberies have been indicted by a grand jury.

Erick John Llorance, 40, of Houston, Sean Paul Llorance, 37, of Port Lavaca, and Monica Garcia, 28, of Victoria, were indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of robbery.

They are charged in the robbery of a 21-year-old woman in the Victoria Mall parking lot, according to the indictment. The woman said she was trying to deposit money for her employer.

They are also accused of shooting a 41-year-old man while he, his wife and his 15-year-old daughter used a night deposit box at a Wells Fargo on Dec. 8.

A few days before, they threatened another man with a gun, according to the indictments.

Loren Erwin said he doesn’t think of his attackers often anymore. He’s still has a scar on his arm from the gunshot.

“You can’t live your life scared or you can’t live your life,” he said.
