VICTORIA – Joyce Dubose Mutina, 65, of Edna with fraud on Thursday. The woman is accused of using fraudulent information to get prescription narcotics.

VICTORIA – A 41-year-old woman, a 47-year-old man and a 49-year-old man, all of Victoria by officers Wednesday on suspicion of theft of property valued between $500 and $1,500. They are accused of stealing iron from rail road property and trying to sell it at a recycling center.

VICTORIA – A 35-year-old Victoria woman by deputies Wednesday on suspicion of possession of less than 28 grams of a controlled substance.

BLOOMINGTON – A 34-year-old Bloomington man by a male acquaintance on July 18, according to a deputy’s report. A heavy-set man is accused of making “unwanted verbal and sexual advances” toward the victim.
