VICTORIA – A 20-year-old Austin man by police Tuesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia as well as on four Austin Police Department warrants charging him with assault. He is accused of having two small marijuana cigarettes, a clear plastic bag containing marijuana and a pack of rolling papers in a suitcase during a traffic stop at 1600 U.S. Highway 59 North.
VICTORIA – A 31-year-old Gonzales man by police Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug-free zone, operation of a motor vehicle without insurance and an expired driver’s license. He is accused of having a plastic bag of marijuana in his pocket after being arrested during a traffic stop at the 2000 block of Lawndale Avenue.
VICTORIA – A 20-year-old Victoria man by police Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana between 2 and 4 ounces in a drug-free zone and theft of property between $50 and $500. He is accused of having a marijuana cigar and plastic bag of marijuana in his pockets after police stopped him running from an attempt to sell stolen property at the 3300 block of Callis Street.
