VICTORIA – A 25-year-old Victoria man by officers Friday on suspicion of assault causing bodily injury and family violence on Friday. The man is accused of pushing his wife out of bed, straddling her, hitting her and trying to strangle her after she told him she did not want to snuggle with him.
VICTORIA – A 41-year-old Victoria woman by officers Thursday on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and making a terroristic threat. The woman is accused of demanding more than $30,000 from the owner of a restaurant on the 3800 block of Navarro Street. When the man did not give her money, she is accused of stabbing him with flatware and reaching into her purse as if she had a weapon.
VICTORIA – A 35-year-old Victoria man by officers Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated for the third time or more.
VICTORIA – A 50-year-old Victoria man and a 40-year-old Victoria woman by officers Friday on suspicion of possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. They are accused of having crack cocaine in his car and a pipe for smoking crack in a car near Profit High School.
VICTORIA – Sean Paul Llorance, 37, of Port Lavaca by deputies Thursday on warrants charging him with three counts of engaging in organized criminal activity and tampering with of fabricating physical evidence. Llorance was in jail when he was arrested on these charges.
VICTORIA – David Joe Saenz, 21, of Victoria by deputies Thursday on warrants charging him with two counts of sexual assault.
VICTORIA – Sylvester Eugene Pitts, 37, of Victoria by deputies Thursday on two warrants charging him with two counts of assault causing bodily injury to a date or family member.
VICTORIA – William Robert Webster, 43, of Port Lavaca by officers Thursday on a Calhoun County warrant charging him with assault causing serious bodily injury.
VICTORIA – A 26-year-old Victoria man by a family member in his home on the 3100 block of Meadowlane Street on July 10 according to a police report.
