Victoria Crime Stoppers and the Victoria Police Department are seeking information that will help law enforcement find a man wanted for forgery, a state jail felony.
Shannon Pat McDonald, 38, is a white man who is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds.
He has black hair and hazel eyes. McDonald is charged with writing checks for goods and services from a check book that had been stolen during a burglary.
McDonald is not from Victoria, but police have reason to believe that he is still in the area.
The general public should never attempt to capture, arrest, or detain any wanted person.
It should also be known that it is against the law to harbor, hide, or assist a wanted person with avoiding arrest.
